WHAT IS ENERGY CODES COACHING?

The universal Law of Attraction states that energy attracts like energy. Every human has an energetic field, and you are emitting a vibrational energy frequency. If you are struggling to manifest something in your life, it is because your vibrational energy is not yet aligned with what you are trying to manifest. Energy Codes Coaching helps to hack the manifestation process through exercises and tools specifically targeting and addressing where in your body you have obstacles to achieving this alignment, both on a conscious or subconscious level.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD BIOENERGETICS SYNCHRONIZATION TECHNIQUE (B.E.S.T.)?

A hallmark of the world renowned Morter Institute of Bioenergetics, B.E.S.T. is an energy field attunement technique that targets and releases your body's primary cause of energy flow distortion, whether that be a trapped emotion from a past experience, a recurring thought, etc. When energy is not flowing optimally through the body, it can lead to illness (physical and/or mental) and other ailments. Most clients feel noticeable improvement in their health and wellbeing within just 24 hours of treatment.

Spiritual B.E.S.T. is an energy attunement technique that combines all the benefits from the Standard B.E.S.T. bioenergetics treatment and further incorporates your chakra energy system for a profound healing experience that not only aligns your energy to help heal physical ailments and emotional wounds, but also helps you to awaken to future possibilities and boost your manifestation power towards your life’s full potential.

HOW IS ENERGY CODES COACHING DIFFERENT FROM PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Therapists are licensed to diagnose mental illness. Most traditional therapists leverage talking through problems as a way to help transcend them. As an Energy Codes coach, I instead leverage more somatic modalities and embodiment techniques, such as meditation and breathwork, to transform the actual energetic vibration of your body. I am not licensed to diagnose mental illness, although this coaching can help to alleviate issues related to depression and anxiety.

HOW IS B.E.S.T. DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ENERGETIC OR HOLISTIC HEALING MODALITIES?

Many other energy healing practices focus on balancing the energy field as it presents currently. B.E.S.T. goes a step further to identify and release the primary cause of interference that causes a distortion in someone's flow of energy.

ARE YOUR BIONENERGETICS SYNCHRONIZATION TECHNIQUE (B.E.S.T.) SERVICES OFFERED REMOTELY?

My B.E.S.T. services are currently only offered as an in-person energy attunement treatment to clients residing in or who are able to commute to the Los Angeles metro area. However, my Energy Codes Coaching program is offered fully remotely for your convenience, and I am able to coach international clients from all over the world.
