HOW IS BIOENERGETIC HEALING DIFFERENT FROM PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapists are licensed to diagnose mental illness. Bioenergetic healers are not licensed to diagnose mental illness. Traditional psychotherapists leverage talking and thinking through problems as a way to help transcend them. By contrast, bioenergetic healing leverages somatic modalities and embodiment techniques to to remove subconscious blocks, supporting physical, mental and emotional health.
HOW ARE YOUR SERVICES DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ENERGY HEALING OR HOLISTIC HEALING MODALITIES?
Many other healing practices focus on balancing the energy field as it presents currently. BEST/SBEST and the somatic coaching are designed to go a step further--by identifying and releasing the primary subconscious limiting beliefs and fears as the cause of physical, emotional, or mental stress.
ARE YOUR SERVICES OFFERED REMOTELY?
BEST/SBEST are body-based services offered in-person to clients residing in or who are able to commute to the Los Angeles metro area. However, both my Somatic Coaching program and Soul Blueprint Mapping are offered fully remotely to clients worldwide.
