The terms and conditions below apply to all services offered on energyaligner.com, and by any of its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, or assigns (collectively "Coach"), to any individual or organization (“Client”). The term ‘services’ used herein covers any offered services described on energyaligner.com, including but not limited to any bioenergetic healing, somatic coaching, or numerology reading services.

Coach reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any Client at any time, at Coach's sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving inappropriate conduct, non-compliance, or where services are deemed not a good fit.

In committing to any services offered on energyaligner.com, you as a Client acknowledge the following:

There are no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to any kind of improvement or change in Client’s health or wellbeing (both physical and mental), or with respect to any kind of improvement or change in Client’s medical condition, known or unknown by Client, as a result of Client having received any services offered on energyaligner.com.
Services offered on energyaligner.com are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Services offered on energyaligner.com are not administered by a licensed mental health professional nor by a medical provider. Any services rendered should never be considered by Client to be a substitute for (i) medical care or (ii) support from a licensed mental health or psychotherapy professional. Client understands the services are not psychotherapy and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder. Client understands that the services do not constitute providing medical advice. The information provided through this website and during any offered service session or treatment should not be used for diagnosing a health problem or disease. Client should consult with a licensed physician for personal medical advice. Client should seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health provider regarding any medical condition, dietary supplements, or dietary changes. If Client experiences a medical emergency, Client should promptly call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. No physician-patient relationship is created through any service session or treatment.
Client acknowledges they are fully accountable and responsible for their own actions, inaction, decisions, choices, opinions, emotional well-being, and physical/mental health. Client assumes all risks associated with implementing advice.
In the event of a legal dispute, Coach's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to Coach for services offered on energyaligner.com in the 3 months preceding the claim.
