Spiritual B.E.S.T is the best and working with Jaime is amazing. If you are on any type of spiritual or personal growth journey and would like to see how your life is being reflected in your body, this modality reveals any blocks you may have that are keeping you from creating the life you dream about. Each time I saw Jaime, I was amazed what was reflected back to her through her evaluation. It was as if she could hear my inner thoughts. The experiences and situations I had been working through came up in her assessment. Jaime was able to perfectly guide me deeper in my own exploration and build circuitry within my body so I could embody my intentions without any interference. My intentions became more grounded in my body. After each session I felt calm, light and greater sense of freedom. I left feeling excited about life and invigorated.

Jaime’s Spiritual guidance was awesome. I’ve never partaken in anything quite like the Spiritual and Physical Best Sessions. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed I was following our sessions. You can tell how passionate Jaime is about the work and that she believes what she is doing will yield beneficial results for her clients. This was the first time I heard about Spiritual B.E.S.T., and was curious (and perhaps a bit skeptical) of what this entailed. Jaime did a great job explaining that our body is the guide and that she facilitates any healing - or knowing - based on muscle testing. This means that she isn't imposing her beliefs onto you, she is simply illuminating what resides deep in your mind, body, and spirit. As a firm believer in the benefits of meditation, this is another tool that helps bring clarity and remove energetic blocks. By the third session, I had a powerful emotional and energetic release that brought forth a level of peace of freedom. This work bypasses your intellectual mind and works on a subconscious level. The most tangible result I can express is a heightened sense of awareness, calm, and understanding around things that felt deeply unresolved and painful only weeks before. Working with Jaime has been wonderful. She is so calming, and during the process, really helped me get out of my head and refocus my energies back into my body. Healing something spiritually isn’t like traditional healing; there’s no pill to take or operation to be done. So, while I may not be able to physically see or touch the effects, with each passing session with Jaime, I have experienced myself shift into feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded in my day-to-day. It’s been a truly great experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing how these effects play out even further in my life!
